I am really trying to get more fruit and vegetable into my diet and less red meats. This morning I at one mango and one kiwi with a cup of coffee. I am working on getting off the coffee but that is a slow process for me.

I had quark with splenda, cinnamon and peanut butter, followed by oatmeal with a chopped banana and an apple. Plus coffee, of course ;)

Whole Grain Cereal with almonds, coconuts and dried cranberries.

If you go by the way side on an eating bing, just get up and start again. I always say I will be on a diet for the rest of my life because I love food. But since Spark People I can eat the right foods and not get out of control. Keep up the good work no matter what people say about you. Love yourself. Do it for yourself and no one else. This keep me going.

Yes, today I had porridge, using 1/2 cup of traditional rolled oats, 3/4 cup of water, 1/2 cup of skim milk & a mushy banana
