I didnt eat breakfast today, I ran out of outmeal, but that is my normal breakfast everyday at work.
Quaker Instant Maple & Brown Sugar "Weight Control" packet.
It took a while to get used to the taste of the weight control series, but now I love it.

I tend to grab whatever's available. Sometimes it's a normal thing like a bagel, but more often it's leftovers from the night before. I adore spaghetti or stir-fry as a breakfast.

If nothing's available, it's a variation on boiled pasta and frozen veggies.

I drank 12 glasses of water Tuesday. For breakfast I had 16 oz cup of raspberry green tea. Multi grain cheerios with a banana and a glass of 100 % orange juice. Every morning I have a full breakfast if cooked it will be sausage, bacon or scrapple and eggs, toast, juice, tea.

I am a very easy going gal that loves people and wants to know as many as I can. I want to make new friends so I can enjoy more of life. When people get to 55 or 60 there are some that think life should be over but guess what it is just beginning. Maybe 50 years ago it was over but not now people are living longer and working in their 70's. I would have been if I didn't have leukemia and it does not stop me but I have good days and bad, so being home if I need rest, I rest, at work I couldn't do

I ALWAYS eat breakfast. Today I had a glass of skim milk, a hard boiled egg, a piece of whole grain toast and a grapefruit. Delicious way to start the day!

Yes, as I always do.

Today it was porridge - using 1 cup of traditional rolled oats, 1 large sliced banana, 1 cup of skim milk & 1 cup of water.

I usually eat oats uncooked, but because the porridge was quite tasty, I might eat it cooked from now on.
But next time I'll use a smaller portion of oats, since the meal was really filling!
