25 blueberries, a small sliced banana, a small handful of cheerios, and 1/2 cup light and fit dannon vanilla yogurt, all mixed together. Very satisfying.

I tend to cycle to work (20 km) so just have a glass of water before I set off and once I am at work I eat a dried fruit and nut musli with low fat milk. It really works for me and have lost a bit of weight doing it this way.
