Since I woke up at noon, I had breakfast for lunch! 2 scrambled eggs and 1 piece of toast on whole wheat bread with grape jelly. I love breakfast!

Today was 1/2 c. Dannon Light & Fit Fat Free Vanilla Yogurt with 1/2 c. Kashi GoLean cereal, 1/3 c. fresh blueberries and 1/3 c. fresh blackberries, 1 T. flaxmeal and 1 T. TVP with herbal tea.

Mmmm never go a day without it! This morning I had my specialty oatmeal recipe, which I will share:

1/4c oats
1/4c wheat bran
2 tbsp ground flax
1/4c skim milk
1/4c water
1/2c pasteurized eggwhites
1 small diced apple
pleeeeeenty of cinnamon!

Nuke it for 1.5 min (or cook on the stove) - sooooo good!
