usually some sort of fruit like a banana or an apple i am never really hungry when i wake up but eating something helps to boost your metabolism so when 11 o'clock rolls around your not starving at the office!

Today a piece of toast with garlic rubbed on it, a one-egg-plus-eggbeaters omelet cooked with a bit of canola, and two pieces of canadian bacon.

Also happened to have a second breakfast; imagine my delight on discovering there was a crepe stand at my local farmer's market! Banana and nutella crepe. Can't beat that with a long spatula.

I prefer cereal with banana or berries and milk. Sometimes I go for yogurt with cereal topping. Winter I like oatmeal and other hot cereals.
