I eat the same thing almost every morning for breakfast...I make it for my husband and I...

1 egg
1/2 slice colby
1 slice precooked Oscar Mayer bacon
English muffin

It's so yummy and complete curbs my need to get something bad on the way to work. Got the idea from Hungry Girl, but modified it because I don't like Canadian Bacon much.

I had two banana bread waffles and 1 tablespoon of syrup. Sometimes I skip the syrup and put PB on them an make a sandwich.

Before weight was an issue, I would eat eggs and toast, and maybe bacon (which I LOVE). Also, I love cocoa wheats...But, now, I stick with Special K and skim milk or a light wheat English muffin.

~~~sigh~~
Every Sunday I make an egg casserole and then take portions to the office with me daily for breakfast. It's got eggs, sausage, turkey, or ham, and whatever veggies I have in the fridge that day. Asparagus, mushrooms, spinach, etc. Whatever I have on hand that sounds good.
10 eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened soy milk beaten together
sausage/ham turkey cooked and drained well
assorted veggies
salt and pepper (sometimes garlic or other spices as the veggie matches)
sprinkle top w/ 1/4 cup of whatever cheese I have on hand
bake at 350 for 30 minutes uncovered in an 8X8 glass pan sprayed with Pam.
makes 8 portions and is high protein, low carb.
I enter it into the foood grouping tracker and alot myself 1/8 of it on the days I eat it.
Breakfast is my most important meal of the day, since I don't really get a chance to eat anything until 3 PM or so after breakfast. So anyway, I usually have the same combination of food for breakfast, and that was no different today:
Pepperidge Farm Light Style Oatmeal Bread, 0.33 serving (1 slice) - 46 calories
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 0.5 cup - 105 calories
Country Crock, Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft), 1 Tbsp , 1 serving - 50 calories
Muenster Cheese, 1 slice (1 oz) - 104 calories
Regular Coffee, 2 cup (8 fl oz) - 5 calories
I usually have 2 eggs on 2 slices of whole wheat bread (a kind of eggs sandwich) and a banana. Oh and my water. I have a skillet that doesn't need any oil at all so it makes for healthier eggs.
If I don't have that I'll have oatmeal with a little almond flavoring and a piece of fruit. And a glass of skim milk.
Little Sasha, your breakfast sounds delightful!
I always eat breakfast - weekdays it's cereal and nonfat yogurt or milk, coffee, and a piece of fruit. On the weekends I sometimes get a little more elaborate.
This is it, my only life. A work in progress.
