Hi,

Night time eating is a problem for many of us. What generally works for me is to save a few hundred calories until end of day so I can have some healthy snack at night. I've tried avoiding eating anything at night; but, the small snack is easier for me to control. But, even with this idea, you do need to stop eating after the snack. It can help to have some other activity to do and keep your hands busy rather than mindlessly eating.

Hallo, i am going to start again my attempt to loose weight.... I 've done this again and again.....but without good results. I can eat properly during the day but when night comes,i eat everything and a lot.... Can you suggest something for the night cravings?
