55 minutes mall walking. Rumour {sp?} has it the mall is 1.25 miles per lap, I did three laps. Need to get a more accurate pedometer. I would really just like to know.

Did the Spartacus workout again this morning before work. Found the workout on the Menshealth website. Takes exactly 41 minutes to complete. Great sweat burning circuit training workout.
