Going to Spinning tonight and may swim afterward. Im trying to work up to swimming enough laps to make that a workout. Swimming is a HUGE challenge for me.....emoticon

I did 45 minutes of running on the treadmill, 15 minutes of weights, and 60 minutes of swimming today!

Riding my bike to work. Today is my "off" day, so only a little bit of exercise for me.

Tomorrow:
60min city biking ride
I have a few errands to run and there is no better way to kill 2 birds with one stone than running errands and riding my bike to do it
