T25 total body circuit. I so don't want to work out today but I need to after yesterday's rest day.

Today I'm going for acupuncture after work and I usually feel worn out afterward. Because of that, I've programmed an easy walk for myself instead of an intense workout video.

For Strength- 5 reps, 3 circuits, 60 seconds rest between circuits, for muscle building- 8 to 12 reps, 3 circuits, 45 seconds rest between circuits, for fat loss- 8 to 12 reps, 4 circuits, no rest between circuits. You can do 1 set of each exercise with no rest between sets.

Today will be week three day 1 of my running program. I'm moving up to alternates of three minutes jogging, 1 minute walking. I'm excited. I've never run three minutes straight before.
