One hour of cardio done by noon, which I did.
Then one more hour of cardio, and yoga/strength. The extra cardio is mostly to get everything warmed up before the yoga/strength combo.

Highest: 178lbs Current: 130-145lbs (Depends)
Goal: Bulk, cut, repeat until desired level of muscle is built. Then maintenance.

I work in a downtown area where paying for parking everyday is the norm. I have now found a "free" spot to park. It is a 1/2 mile hike into work but worth it. Gets the heart going in the morning. Lunch time is another walk (about 2 miles). My neice works same place I do so we try and do lunch together now and walk since we both have same goal. Then after work, it's another 1/2 mile back to car. I belong to Anytime Fitness and after all the walking, just not motivated to go there after work. I know I don't need to do the treadmill since I've pretty much done my walking for the day. Hope to get going more often now. My neighbor just joined so need to get on a schedule with her. If not, I need to force myself to go because I'm not getting any skinnier procrastinating. Have a great day my SP friends!!!! emoticon
