110 mins in the gym and that was cardio and strength training. Did mostly upper body and my arms feel like jello.

I've already exercised but I plan to walk to the mailbox and feed the horses, so I still have a little bit to do. I also hope to do some quad exercises on my bow flex if I can get it set up!

My exercise plan was a long bike ride. Unfortunately I waited too long to go out and finished my 50 mile ride, rode through the rain for 15 miles and was pretty frozen until I made it back home.

51.03 miles
time 3 hrs. 23 minutes 43 seconds

I am really excited I joined a new fitness center today for only 14.99 a month and I am going to get so much out of it. I also walked on the treadmill and did a few minutes of kettle bells. Feeling like a whole new me already. :)
