Ran 2.75 miles on the treadmill this morning. Plan to hit the gym again tonight to run another mile and do some core and lower body strength training.

Today is a cardio day for me. I'm planning on doing a circuit at the gym with 30 minutes of elliptical, 20 minutes of stair climber, and 10-20 minutes of rowing.

I haven't decided yet if tomorrow will be cardio or lifting, depends on how I feel!
