I won't be exercising today since I am nursing a migraine. It is much better than it was a couple of hours ago, but I know from past experience that I can't push myself or it will return. Hopefully tomorrow!

I am disabled due to Reumatoid Arthritis, Lupus and Fibro Mialgia. I am limited to the amount and movements of exercise.

I browsed the Sparkpeople exercises and looked for the ones that I thought I could do or at least modify to my abilities. I just mark that I did that exercise but did my modified version.

The hardest thing for me is the cardios. I can't do any of the things they have listed to choose from. I usually just click Calisthenics-Moderate and do what I physically can.

The tracker is an aid in keeping us on track. (Pardon the pun) I know what I can do...and enter the closest thing and just keep moving!

I am still on my first week here.

I incorporate some fitness breaks into my work day, including a few of the SP 10-minute videos, then the Shred and 30-40 minutes running on the treadmill in the evening. I try to get a minimum of 10-11K steps per day on my pedometer and this usually exceeds that, as well as providing some stress relief and strength training. I also do some seated PT exercises throughout the day

It works for me....

My Plan is to do 15 min. stationery bike, 10 min. exercise video, and 5 min. stretching. I should say " I am going to do ......" I am also changing the way I think about exercising!

Today is a ST day for me. I will do a 30-minute whole body workout using exercise ball, resistance bands and free weights. I'm on a 10-day streak of exercising every day, and may also use the treadmill.

I am of course, doing some stretching and 2 reps of cruches, maybe throw in some push-ups in there.

I just plan on walking for about 15 minutes, and afterwards, later that night, I'm going to do some yoga for about 10-15 minutes, perhaps? I'm keeping it all light today.
