Going on a 4 mile walk, taking a break to do homework, doing an exercise video I found on Netflix Instant (it isn't great but it isn't terrible), taking a break to do homework, and doing the 30 Day Shred Level 1. Approximately 130-140 minutes today.

Today I get off work early, so I'm going to hit the pool at my condo. I'll do 30 laps of breaststroke, 15 laps of freestyle (for 1 full lap it takes me 1 minute), & then play with my neighbor's son (diving for pennies, trying to dunk one another, etc) for at least 15 minutes....great work out and fun too! emoticon
