Although I have a long way to go to reach my goals, I can say that I have had success by promising myself to do 10 minutes of exercise each day. Some days, it becomes more (as long as 50 minutes) and some days, 10 minutes means I've met my goal, kept my promise to myself and I can be done for the day guilt-free.

No Zumba class tonight so it's off to the gym. I usually do 30 minutes cardio (prolly the elliptical) and 30 min strength training. Strength training will be at minimum: biceps, shoulders, abs, and quads. Have to do an express workout, because I want to be outta there within an hour - we just got the keys to our new house and I need to get packing!! I'm sure I will burn some extra cals packing too!
