1) Walk the dog for about 20 minutes (that's all he can handle)
2) 50 minutes at Upper Body Blast class (strength training)
3) 25 minutes with foam rolling

Cardio, An hour of cardio is scheduled for today. It may take the form of a walk, a trip to the gym for the elliptical, or an hour on my gazelle depending on how life with my 4 kids goes.

Cannot believe my ticker now reads my final healthy goal weight. Inching towards it with God's help.

I usually work my lower body at the nearby soccer park which has a half mile track around it. I do lunges, squats, calf raises, side lunges and step ups on a picnic bench. Today I can't do calf raises because I have a slight overuse injury in one of my calves, but I will be trying the rest. Have a great day, everybody!

I don't normally work out on Sundays but I'm switching it up and I'm going to work out today. I'm going to go to the gym and use the ellipitical and then I'm going to lift some weights, deadlifts, and squats.
