gym this morning which involved a warm up, 3 rounds of 15 air squats, 10 push ups and 5 burpees followed by 5 rounds of deadlifts (starting at 135 working to 185) then 1000m row, 30 20# dumbell thrusters, and 30 pull ups. going for a walk during lunch.
35 minutes of cardio, core, upper & lower body Strength Training, followed with 7 stretching exercises
