I'm going to try for my 90 minutes on the treadmill, but I'm not feeling 100%, my legs are achy and chest slightly congested. I went to dr and got meds and 2 shots yesterday. My legs didn't seem to get achy till after the shots. So I am at least going to try to exercise, but not beat myself up if I either can't do it, or don't burn the calories I normally do.

40 to 60 minute walk outdoors - but it's cool and raining...so will wait until later in the day...hope it stops raining so I can exercise outdoors! I can just put on rain gear and go too!

I am going to have a walk through the park after work, I would have liked to have done an execise class but aching muscles and a changed class schedule means a walk and a dance around my room later will make a nice change!

play with grandkids while babysitting, walk to and from a friend's house to take her a book, walk to grocery store for a couple of items
lifting my 15 lb. granddaughter over and over is making my arms stronger without even really trying...how fun is that?! And trying to keep up with a five year old is a challenge and so rewarding

I just had my Shakeology so in about 3 hours I am going to do my TurboFire 55 (55 min long) and I will burn mega cals! I cannot wait! It is such a beautiful day-I may go for a run tonight. I love my workout routines and diet plan!emoticon

I will be going to the Gym today and working with my trainer. Using focusing on my shoulders, back and chest right now. I have to get them stronger. I also will be doing 60 minutes of cardio.

Did my Wii Fit Plus 4-star challenge for 30 minutes (keep doing the exercises/levels until I either get 4 stars, or get on the #1 spot.)
