I've been doing a lot of higher impact workouts lately and my elbows and knees have been bothering me as a result. So, I was thinking some yoga might be a nice change of pace for today. I'll probably do 25-30 minutes with weights a little later today as well.

I did a 3 mile power walk with Leslie Sansone dvd, and my beginner's challenge strength training plan. I can't believe how fast the workout goes by now. Just a little while ago, I was huffing and puffing and praying for the workout to be over. Now I'm actually looking forward to exercise. It makes me feel great!

My treadmill decided to quit on me. It randomly stops working, then works the next day. SO, I'm walking 4.18 miles outside, already mapped it out on here and doing 20+ minutes on my stationary bike.
