walked 2.5 miles already, walk 2.5 miles again but a different route with hills this time, did mitch gaylord 10 in 10 with ball, did my spark exercises...and who knows after that...spend 2 to 3 hours trying to get this flab off from previous 86 lb. lose and working of the other 46...

gym tonight: depending on what time i get out of work tonight i might do 30 min to an 1 hr of treadmill/ski machine . Do some strength training as well.

I found a new walking partner at work and we walked for 45 minutes, and then later I will go and do my 30 minutes at Curves. It feels really great!!

Just walked a mile on my break at work and plan on doing it again in the afternoon. I'll take my dog for a 2-mile walk when I get home and then I'll do a workout video. Then I will veg in my recliner in front of the boob tube with no guilt.

My plan for today is a 4 mile run and core strength training. If I go to the gym, I will try to do 20 minutes on the elliptical as well, but I will probably be working out at home today.

I am a member of a Masters Swimming Program - today, our workout (5:30-6:45AM) was:
500 warm up
12 x 50 technique drills
5 x 100 decend by 100 (get faster for each 100)
10 x 100 at 1:40
200 kick
2800 yards total
Phew! I stink like chlorine, but feel great!!

The lower my weight, the lower my pace. Goal: Sub 4 marathon.
