I woke up feeling very tired, with a killer sinus headache, so I made today a rest day. I did some easy vinyasa yoga and a slow walk.

I walked a fast mile today. I plan to do 30 minutes on stationary bike and another 20 on my liferider. Since it's so hot outside I won't play basketball, but I may do some leg lifts, 5 sets/10 reps.

I did 30 minute cardio firm workout
Then i did the fitness test for INSANITY!!!!
Ok.. I am now nuts... 850 calories... it was tough but so worth it

Today I was going to go for a nice 4 mile walk. No one will be home but me and my puppies. However it is raining now and has put that out the window. Now I'm thinking I will go home and play DDR exercise mode. So much fun and I sweat more than I thought I would. Also thinking about putting in my step with Cathe. Aiming for a good hr or so.

Today is a rest day, after 3 days of intense hiking. I did 75 minutes of Kundalini yoga this morning. I'm doing the quick fire challenges, today it's isometric exercise for biceps and chest. This afternoon, I'll do some restorative yoga.
