are you trying to run at too quick of a pace. my wife started running about a year ago, and she has discovered that her key to longer runs is not getting out of the gate too quickly, and finding the pace that works for her. just a thought.
6 miles for me before the thunderstorm forced me to get inside.
I jogged 4 miles this morning..could anyone offer some advice...I can jog for miles as long as I take walk breaks now and again..I just struggle to run continuously and it's pretty frustrating as I've started running in a group and I keep getting left behind :(
