3.2 high intensity intervals 30min + 20min yoga

After a 50 pound weight loss of all pregnancy weight I maintained. Im trying to tone up and be fit for life and also be a good role model for my children and family.

I didn't get to run :( I worked a double shift and was planning a run on break but it was raining.

Luckily I have dumbbells and did some arm work :)

Right now, someone with a whole lot less is doing a whole lot more.
