Your message made me feel like I wasn't alone. I'm on day 3 of a new fitness program - my legs hurt and I am walking like a little old lady. I am slowing down to keep going. May you stay encouraged and keep going too!

Try to set your initial goals smaller and achievable. Increase your training goals every week or so. Finish each training with success. That's important for your motivation.

If you've been sitting around and just decided to do a tough exercise program one day, then yep, you're gonna be sore. On the other hand if you slowly worked up to this, then that's another question. If you did just make up your mind to go hard core from a cold start, then I agree with the previous poster, just back off and regroup. Start with something easier and work your way up. Slow and steady wins the race. Most important, never quit. Good luck!

If your legs are really that sore do the yoga, abs or Pilates workout instead and push the leg workout back a day.

I completed day two of Beachbody 21 Day Fix this morning and my legs are killing me! Tomorrow is Lower Fix which I assume is legs. I am open to any words of wisdom, tips, tricks, anything to help get me through tomorrow. I have so fallen off the wagon and I really want to not only get back on but make it to the finish line this time.

Cheers,
Moe
