I am just getting back into the swing of the loss weight get health thing. I plan on setting up a regular exercise program at the gym and walking but was looking for something a little more to help stay motivated. I am at my desk from 8:30 am till 5:30 pm (or later) every weekday. I was wondering if anyone had access or could point me to a list of activities that I can do at my desk during the day to keep the momentum up during the day. ANy suggestions are appreciated.
