I did 150 minutes well counted this week. I usually was over 200 minutes a week but we had a lot of rain and a day trip so did manage the 150 which is my lesser goal.

You sure can add your own thing. Just below the blue "search" button on the fitness tracker, there are some blue words "Enter your own exercise". Click that and enter it. You can name it, add the time, and the estimated calorie burn if you know that.

can I add a routine of my own. I have a 30 minute one that I got from my Physical therapist and I know when to increase etc? Is it possible to add it. I have been exercising quite a while but only way to record anything is get as I can in tracker is to use yours and most of them aren't even close.
