Thank you both, I am mostly wondering what they are called so that I can write down a list of things to do so that I remember the items in order without having to skip between videos. I'm not able to do all of the items in the video since I have some issues with my wrists, though otherwise 'track calories' does work.
Thank you very much for the names Denise! This helps me look them up elsewhere if I need more guidance too. :)

As Meghan mentioned, I would recommend using the track calories burned on that video page to track those. The ball can also be called a stability ball, in addition to the other two names mentioned.

That said, here are the names of those exercises:

Stability Ball Roll-Out
Stability Ball Plank
Stability Ball Hip Extension
Stability Ball Jackknife

Hope that helps!

Well, the "ball" in question is an exercise ball or Swiss ball. The video should have a "track calories burned" button on the bottom right to add to your fitness tracker.

I often have fun trying exercises from SparkPeople videos but I don't usually know how to find them in the search when I want to log them for the day.
For example, I am going to do this routine (modifying for my comfort level of course) but what do I call them? How do I look these up for other tips if I don't know what they are called? 5-Minute Core Workout with Ball
