If you are training for a 1/2 marathon, then you want to use a 1/2 marathon training plan. If you have questions regarding how a particular method sets up its training plans, then definitely contact that company.

I would suggest contacting that company to get their info about both programs and possibly a recommendation for which one you should choose.

HI all, I will be doing a 1/2 marathon late in the year. And, I would like to do a full marathon next year.

I'm going to do a Galloway run/walk to train for it. I was going to purchase an app, but don't know I should purchase the full marathon app or the 1/2 marathon app.

I don't know if they are set up differently since there are different goals. Can you use the full app to train for a 1/2? I don't know if the 'ramp up' or time frame to train is set up differently. Are they more different or similar. Any suggestions?

thanks
