It looks like you are a Premium member. Have you tried the Premium workouts feature in the SparkPeople app? If not, you can do that by going to the app and on the home screen, tap on Explore All Premium Features, then tap on View Workouts under Premium Workouts and you'll find various workouts there.

Can anyone recommend an app they enjoyed using at the gym providing strength training workouts at the gym that incorporates dumb bells, gym equipment, and more? I am looking for whole body workouts and strength training workouts that focus on certain areas of the body in one session (upper body, lower body, core, etc.) Thanks fellow SP!
