I read that this plate is good for old people or for people with bad blood flows.
I love sweating so I will use the plate just for the blood flows and I will continue sweating at the gym.

I don't think it hurts to try it, but just don't be surprised if you get better results from traditional exercise. I also wouldn't use this as a replacement for regular exercise, maybe just something to experiment with.

The best solution is to do it and see if it works. Any pain or failure to perform and back to the old fashioned way?

Hi,

one of my friends moved abroad and gave me an oscillating plate (tonicvibe), it is like powerplate but with an oscillating movement instead a vibrating one.
I read on the internet that it is a good way to create muscle/
Have you try it? Is it successful?
