Exercise is good for us! -- even if what we eat is more important to control our weight. I lost 80 pounds, ending in 2009. I had lost it before. This time I have kept it off and one of the main reasons is my exercise and running. So yes, eating good is very important. But so is exercise.

Exercise is my Prozac, Ambien and escape all in one package. I am addicted to my body moving and feeling strong.

There's no guarantee that exercise over the long haul really does or does not help with weight loss.
Most people do not sustain for the long haul what is needed to change the body's metabolic dynamics.
