I'm just going to enter it as Miles & Minutes - so it should be close enough - at least it won't say more calories than I am really burning.

Thanks SPARK_COACH_JEN!

It's ok, thanks.

I actually do a full hour at 5-5.5% Incline and just post as 5% with 3mph instead of my 3.2mph.

And a full hour of Random at my chosen level - Random isn't even in the fitness tracker so I just post as Treadmill 3mph instead of 3.2 with the various levels.

I started making a note of the calories the machine says I burned. It's just a rough estimate anyway.

Happy Wednesday!

There is not a way to account for changing the incline during the walk unless you do a certain amount of time at one % and a certain amount at another. Then you could add it as 2 seperate entries.

Your best bet would be to use a heart rate monitor, which is going to give you the most accurate estimate of calories burned.

Sorry I'm not more help!

I noticed you have a lot of Incline and MPH, but is there any way to set for what I am doing please?

I do 5.5% Incline and 3.2 mph - I enter my weight and it shows my calories burned - but the Fitness Tracker is consistently higher even using 5% and 3mph. (It's higher than the machine reports and that is also probably higher than reality.)

And, my machine has Random and Levels and I like to use Random and have worked my way up from Level 7 to Level 9 in the afternoons. It's just too cold outside to walk the dog.

I'd love to be able to enter what I am actually doing - but I haven't been able to find a way.

Thank you for any information you can give me.
