If you search for "Squats" within the fitness tracker it will allow you to enter it as strength training, and specifically the number of reps you did.

I just lump all mine under "resistance training" even though some of it may not be. I don't even touch my barbells anymore, but still do a little with dumbbells. Most is lunges, squats, resistance bands and pushups that I count. Anything remotely resistance goes under that heading for me. As someone said, you won't get much calorie burn from resistance no matter how you count it, so I just lump it all together and track the total time. Running, walking, hiking, biking, Gazelle are all aerobic and counted separately.

" I noticed I can't enter how many I do..it only goes by how many minutes. If I only did 20 squats, how would I track that?"
How many minutes did it take to do them?

The time is entered for calories burned purposes, which isn't the primary goal of strength training. I'd use one of the generic "strength training" issues and put in the total time spent in the session instead of tracking each exercise individually.

Hope that helps,
