Resistance bands are a very travel-friendly and versatile piece of exercise equipment that will allow you to work most muscles.

If you are without resistance bands, perhaps try the Isometric Biceps Hold with Towel. www.sparkpeople.com/resource/exercises.asp

Hi there.

I travel a lot and often need to exercise wherever I find myself. I can do floor exercises for every muscle group, but can't seem to find any exercises that stimulate the upper back or bicep muscles without having to look for something to use as a pull-up bar. Is there any way of doing with without the need for a make-shift pull-up bar?
