No supplement will cause your body to "tone up" aka build muscle mass.

The only way to build muscle mass is to eat more than your TDEE, lift heavy(ish) things, and be sure you are getting enough protein.

As women, we are never going to look "bulky" - what professional body building women have to do to achieve that look is something most of us will never do!

A good protein supplement can help you reach your protein goals, and combined with a progressive lifting program, can help give you what you need. I'm personally a fan of the 1st Phorm protein powders (but I tend to stay away from any of the pill supplements).

I just cannot seem to get over "7' 1' st" that shows on my scales, that is how it shows on my scales... I don't understand why. Every time I do get over that amount, I end up becoming sluggish with my walking and sluggish with my movement, it hurts just to walk long distances once near 7 stone 5.

I know where I go wrong with my diet but it is hard to not say no when my friend suggests for ordering us both a pizza on a Friday... What I need is for someone to give me a list of things to buy that would help me with my nutritional needs...

As for supplements, I might lay off of them, I just read up and... its more a thing in my head saying to get them. Its like a part my mind is telling me its wanting it.

Is your ticker correct---you are currently 7lbs under your goal weight? IF so, then what you might need is to gain a bit of weight, so that your muscles have sufficient nutrition to build strength....

You really don't need anything but consistent movement and focus on eating a healthy diet!! Cross training and strength training are where your body will benefit the most in the "tone up" category-. Take stock of where you are calorie wise, and slowly get to your maintenance weight.

If you are so convinced you *need* creatine for a supplement, I suggest you at least read the side effects listed in this Web MD article. www.webmd.com/men/creatine#2
