Flys are good, also pushups, chest presses. With dumbells or without.

Losing weight will help you lose fat all over, including your chest. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to spot train, but including chest exercises will help add muscle there so when you lose the fat, they will be stronger and have more muscle there to give you a more lean appearance. Through a combination of cardio, strength training, and eating within your calorie range will help you lose the fat. That said, you want to make sure to strength train your entire body, including your back. Just training your chest will give you a muscle imbalance and will need to make sure your back is also being strengthened to prevent that.

I do pushups and use dumbbells.

Thirst can be mistaken for hunger.
You cannot outrun the fork.

What are the best exercises to tighten my chest/ get rid of my man boobs. I don't have access to a gym, so I am looking for home workout suggestions. Thanks!
