Yes, it really depends on the restrictions. Anything medical is indeed a question for your doctor. If you have an injury or a chronic condition, a referral to a physical therapist (PT) may be in order. And believe me, a good PT can be a miracle worker.

Bootcamps can be a great workout style for a variety of fitness levels. Some people can do the workouts as presented but others may need modifications due to injuries, restrictions, or whatever.
