Seriously? I don't trust too many sites that on the top left first thing you read is "free shipping for over $39.00..." and I'd love to see the research supporting the statement that "rebounding can release too many toxins if you jump in too fast."

I don't think I'll worry about it all... just enjoy my regular exercise, stay hydrated, and let my body do what it knows how to do. (It seems to have worked pretty good for the last 67 years....) If I ever develop lymphedema from lymph node removal for breast cancer, then I will consider additional 'therapy' for my lymph system.

Enjoy your "rebounding" every day!

I had thought that I had to JUMP to get the benefit for my lymph system, but I'm finding that simply bouncing up & down is beneficial. That is something I CAN do!

* Good detailed information!

# 7 TIP: To get the most benefit out of rebounding, start with The Health Bounce – gently bouncing up and down without your feet leaving the mat. This is a very low impact exercise and very effective at moving your lymphatic system – just two minutes clears the lymph. Build up intensity slowly as rebounding can release too many toxins if you jump in too fast.
