Hi, all! So, today I made a commitment to doing the 30 Day Shred (Jillian Michaels) program. I just finished day 1 and it kicked my butt....bigtime. I'm going to need support for this battle!! Anyone up for starting a 30 Day Shred support group? I think I seriously pulled a least 2 muscles in the 20 minutes of the workout. I was only using 2 pound weights and couldn't complete all the exercises but I kept plugging. This workout is legit...the real deal. It's no joke. It's hard but doable and I will be shocked if at the end of the 30 days it proves ineffective. After all, something this tortuous must be worth it. I hope anyways!!!!!
