In addition to what Coach Jen said, it would be beneficial to add 2 to 3 full body strength training sessions to your routine if you aren't strength training already.

I think it depends on your goals. If you enjoy it and it's not wearing you out, then it's fine to continue. I don't think there's going to be a lot of added health benefits after the hour. If weight loss were your goal, it's probably a better use of your time to increase the intensity of the 1-hour walk for more of a challenge instead of continuing to add on more time.

I like walking and wear a pedometer it is what I have always used.

I like moderate walking. And this is the main excercise I do.
I read the it is recommended to do about an hour aerobic per day.
I I do more then this. Like 2 or three hours waliking per day will there be any more health benefit then to just 1 hour?
I am 43 male, I don't have weight issues. Health is good.
