I agree with the previous poster that protein powder isn't going to help you lose weight. I only suggest using it if you're falling short of your protein goals consistently and can't seem to get enough protein from natural food sources.

Are you tracking your food daily? What is your recommended protein range and how much protein do you typically consume?

I do not believe it 'helps you loose weight'. It does help you keep your muscle if you are loosing weight and do not eat right.
People have suggested that I should use protein powders. They say to use plant sourced ones.
Personally, I do not like any of them. I buy a can but usually only use it for a few days then it just sits there.

hello,
i have a question regarding protein powders, is it good for weight loss? I have been going to the gym past few months, since losing weight at slow pace,someone suggested protein shakes with protein powder. is good for losing fat? if so, what brand is good?
