I have a stress fracture in my left foot. I normally walk, use my elliptical, or my stationary bike every morning for my cardio. Well now I have to stay off my foot this week and next week possibly get to ride my bike. I am looking for a 30-45 minute block of upper body exercises and I can lay down and do some leg work just no pressure on the foot. I can't go down to my basement to use my bowflex for two weeks. Anyone have any suggestions?
