i am getting a relign tomorrow, so far most of the info i found is people talking about eating and loving their smile. so far no information about fitness. i am interested in tricks from people that do higher intensity stuff or yoga. i only have had them a month and only can wear the lowers for a few hours at a time. they currently dont fit and am concerned they are causing more damage when i wear them for too long

Are you “gluing” them in?

If they fit so poorly that you are afraid of them popping out, go back to the person who made them for you.

I can certainly understand your concern... Having something like dentures in my mouth would feel very abnormal for me for a long time. But until you actually have a problem, you should be fine.

I'd put on the Nike Logo: Just Do It! and go for it. That way your question will be answered! If they do pop out... then as MLAN said... you need to discuss this with your dentist. Your dentist can't "fix" something unless they know what the problem is.

Have you discussed your concerns with your dentist? I imagine if they fit properly, they won't pop out.

Any reason you can't take them out?

I've had dentures for about a month. ive done mostly low impact work with a little strength training. i feel like if i raise the intensity, they are going to pop out.

Does anyone have any suggestions
