Thank you! I'll have to check out the Jeff Galloway program. I've tried the C25K program and the C210K. Unfortunately, I felt the end of the program focused on running for long periods of time instead of interval training.

I think Jeff Galloway is probably the interval leader. Here is a link to his website:

Another common interval plan is the C25k (Couch to 5k). There are also other distances like 10k and half marathon based on this concept. Here is another link loaded with information:

I loved the Adidas MiCoach program until they discontinued it earlier this year. Ever since then, I've been looking for a running program that mixes long run days with shorter runs with intervals? Most of what I have found so far has a few interval runs at the beginning of the program, but moves to long runs.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
