low impact usually burns less calories, it is easier on the body; high impact has a lot of jumping and higher intensity moves. For instance, marching in place versus jumping lunges, squats versus jumping jacks.

What's the difference? I noticed there are two different listings in the fitness tracker, but they didn't specify which programs were which. Thank you.
