Hard to know why you feel like doing more. sometimes I want to go and do more because I'm feeling so jazzed about a good workout. Sometimes I want to do something else, like getting in a good and relaxing stretch.

Ignore those people who call you an idiot. It's their problem not yours! Working out at home is the way to go for many people for many reasons.

Persistence is more important than perfection.

Don't assume your freedoms are assured.

If you're not outraged, you're not paying attention.

If they call you an idiot and/or weird, that speaks to who they are, not you.

It sounds like something having to do with a need for routine, or “ completeness”
The workout doesn’t feel done until you end it in a certain way.

I am not quite sure what you're asking? Do you need to know why you have to go back to do more pushups? Clarification of a tingly feeling?

If you felt the need to go do more, maybe you didn't work out hard enough or long enough?

Working out at home is just fine. A lot of us do it.

After reading what was shown on a message board by NO-PAIN-NO-GAIN's message on there, I understood what the tingling is that I get after a workout but... if those who saw it are reading this, then you will know what I'm on about... well, what they explained about the tingling really helped me a lot and I am new on here so please dont take this bad... That person made me remember what one of my PE teachers from my high school once told me. So I thank that person for that explanation about the tingling after a workout cause, I had a feeling it werent anything bad as to getting it after doing intense routines.

but there is something I must ask... Can anyone please tell me why I get a strange feeling of having an urge to go back to do more in my spare room next to my bedroom? I do my workouts at home due to being autistic and rather self conscious of myself...
