I let my Garmin activity minutes & calories burned enter as they are. BUT and it's a big BUT, I don't let myself "eat back" the calories burned. Have learned that the calories that count for me maintaining my weight are the actually calories eaten. IMO both are estimates no matter how careful we are.

I have a question. My Garmin is finally syncing to my SP. It gives my steps and my active calories. I have not entered my individual exercises the last 2 days because I have a feeling it will double my calories that I earned. I hope that this makes sense. Should I just stick with my active calories or unsync my Garmin and enter it all manually? Thank you for your time
