Is your watch connected to your SparkPeople account? If so, when it syncs it should be adding the calories you burned through exercise to your totals on SP for the day. The difference might be that you're seeing all of the calories you burn all day on your watch, but on our site you're just seeing your "active" minutes- meaning the minutes of intentional exercise.

Hello, so I am new to the program. I have an Apple Watch and I see that it is connected through my house but if I look at my watch and my activities I’m doing more than what my health is showing so if I walked for 30 minutes am I supposed to be lugging that under the exercise or just taking with the Apple Watch is telling the program .
