It also depends on your gender, your weight - a 250 man will burn more calories than a 120 woman!

It depends on the workout and it depends on how much you are pushing yourself. For example 3 different hiit workouts on fitnessblender have 3 different calorie calculations.
That said a general idea, if you are including a warmup and cool down in that 30 minutes is probably around +/-10 calories per minute. If you are doing hiit the entire 30 minutes it would be higher, probably around +/-13 calories per minute
